FOVODE designs, manufactures and services industrial vacuum furnaces, integrating furnace construction, process control, process validation and after-sales service - supporting customers from process review and model selection through installation and commissioning.
Design verification is carried out in house: flow simulation, temperature uniformity surveys, leak detection and full-load run-in are completed before delivery, together with no-load and loaded operational checks.
Production base
Our production base with workshops, offices, dormitories and canteen on site. Machining, welding, assembly, pump-down and hot commissioning of large vacuum furnaces are all carried out there, including non-standard and line-integration projects.
Products and applications
Our range covers vacuum heat treatment, brazing, sintering, diffusion bonding, high-pressure gas quenching and laboratory furnaces — model families JVOQ, JVGQ, JVAF, JVTF, JVBQ, JVSinter and JVT — for quenching, tempering, annealing, brazing, sintering and diffusion bonding processes.
The furnaces serve the aerospace, defence, shipbuilding, automotive and advanced-materials sectors and are exported to Europe, India, Russia, South-East Asia and Africa.
Service
We provide process trials, sample runs, operator training, spare parts and remote diagnostics, and keep an equipment file for every customer with preventive-maintenance recommendations by model and duty cycle.
