Model selection, custom builds, service and contact

What furnace series do you offer?
Six series — Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace (FVO), High-Pressure Gas Quenching Vacuum Furnace (FVG), Vacuum Tempering and Annealing Furnace (FVT), Vacuum Brazing Furnace (FVB), Vacuum Hot Press Furnace (FHP) and Low-Pressure Vacuum Carburizing Furnace (FVC) — all available as custom builds to the workpiece and process. 39 models are currently listed, each with its full datasheet on the product page.
What key parameters can you reach?
Ultimate vacuum in the order of 8×10⁻⁴ Pa; maximum working temperature up to 1600 °C; effective-zone uniformity down to ±3 °C; effective heating zone up to 5700 mm. Full parameters for every model are listed on the product page.
How does the custom design process work?
You send the workpiece material, external dimensions, charge weight per load and the process curve (ramp / soak / cooling) with cycle-time targets; we select the furnace type and loading scheme, verify the thermal field and uniformity, configure the vacuum and cooling systems and the control and interlock scheme, then issue a technical proposal and quotation, followed by manufacture, commissioning and acceptance. Furnace design, complete manufacturing and process integration are handled in house.
Which standards apply to manufacture and acceptance?
Temperature uniformity (TUS), ultimate vacuum and pressure-rise rate are tested item by item before shipment, with test reports supplied with the equipment; the applicable standard and acceptance procedure are agreed in the technical agreement according to workpiece material and industry.
