Process challenges

Superalloys and titanium are highly sensitive to heating rate, temperature uniformity and cooling rate; thin-walled parts distort easily, oxidation must be zero, and every charge must satisfy AMS2750 TUS and SAT requirements.

The FOVODE solution

The JVGQ gas quench furnace uses CFD-optimised internal fans with 2/3/5/10 bar stepped quench, a 40-segment program curve and ±3 ℃ uniformity for bright, oxide-free quenching. Built to AMS2750 with TUS/SAT reports; automatic loading and remote service optional.
